Ghana are still struggling to digest the refereeing of the match against Portugal (2-3), Thursday, for their opener at the 2022 World Cup. Otto Addo, the coach of the Black Stars, believes that there was a breach at this level.

“The referee gave a penalty which was not a penalty. Everyone saw Salisu playing the ball. I don’t know why. Because of Ronaldo? The VAR I don’t what they’re doing. Sleeping? It’s a mess,” said the technician.
This penalty allowed to unleash the match, and the Portuguese who were able to win the three points.
For now, the Black Stars of Ghana remain last in Group H without any points. Meanwhile, their next opponents South Korea and Uruguay have one point each following their draw on Thursday.
