PSG striker Kylian Mbappe posted a message on Wednesday to denounce the racist insults emitted by Juventus supporters against Romelu Lukaku on Tuesday during the Italian Cup semi-final first leg against Inter Milan.
“We won’t let you do it”
“2023 and still the same problems, the PSG striker gets carried away. But we’re not going to let you do it. All against racism.” Mbappe wrote.

Lukaku, who entered the game in the 69th minute, converted the equalizing penalty in stoppage time of the game.
He celebrated this goal by placing his left index finger on his mouth and his right hand on his forehead – as he usually does – while glaring at the opposing supporters who showered him with insults and monkey cries.

The player received a second yellow card, synonymous with expulsion, for this way of celebrating. An incomprehensible sanction for the Lombards who believe that this celebration was misunderstood by the referee.
The agency Roc Nation Sports International also defends the interests of Lukaku. The agency created by rapper Jay-Z published a press release on Tuesday evening to denounce the actions of Piedmontese supporters.
