After the conclusion of the second round of the World Cup qualifiers, FIFA published the November 2021 standings on Friday. In Africa, Senegal is in the lead.

According to the statement from the governing body of football in the world, Tunisia and Algeria drop one rank, while Morocco gain one and push Algeria out of the top 3.

Nigeria and Uganda remain stable while South Africa, Ghana and Tanzania lost a few places in the Fifa world rankings for November.

Ghana Black Stars are in the eighth position on the continent with a total point of 1428.97 (+4.10). They occupy 52nd position in the world rank.


Senegal remain the best footballing nation in Africa after finishing their group outings with a streak of five unbeaten wins and a draw in six games. The Teranga lions occupied the 20th place in the world.
