Senegalese international Sadio Mané is crowned best African player 2022. He took the trophy for best African player of the year in a prize awarded by the “Ghana Football Awards”.

The Terenga “Lions” striker was respectively ahead of Egyptian Mohamed Salah and Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen.

A first consecration of the native of Bambaly pending the decision of the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for the trophy of the best African player of the year 2022.

Author of a full season with Liverpool, Sadio Mané has established himself as one of the best players in the Premier League.

In addition, he was the great architect of Senegal’s victory in the last edition of the African Cup of Nations.
