Plagued by sporting difficulties this season with the Blues already out for the next Champions League, Chelsea plans to sell ten players in the next summer transfer window.

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is said to be frustrated with the club’s poor performance this season, and he is reportedly planning a squad overhaul to bring in new players for next season. The Blues are currently eleventh in the Premier League ranking, with 39 points.

According to the Evening Standard, after a poor season, the Blues board are planning to release at least ten players in the next summer transfer window.

Conor Gallagher, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Edouard Mendy, Hakim Ziyech, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Christian Pulisic and Kalidou Koulibaly are said to be on Boehly’s starting list.

N’golo Kante is also believed to be for sale due to uncertainty over his future at the club.

Boehly and his colleagues are yet to decide whether the club’s players will stay or leave this summer. Kai Havertz, on the other hand, has developed a keen interest in Germany and could be set to leave Stamford Bridge, as well as Mason Mount.
