The Confederation of African Football, CAF announced this Wednesday, a slight modification to the Group B match of the Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON U17 2023, between Morocco and Zambia.

The confrontation which was initially planned at the Nelson Mandela stadium in Algiers, will no longer take place at this stadium.

The match will instead be played at the Stade May 19, 1956 in Annaba on Saturday May 06, 2023.

Kick-off will be at 8:00 p.m. local time (19:00 GMT).

“This change comes after the disqualification of South Sudan and the reorganization of Group fixtures,” said the governing body of football on the continent.

This Wednesday will be marked by two games in Group B. Nigeria will face Morocco at 4:00 p.m. GMT, while South Africa will face Zambia at 7:00 p.m. GMT.
