The president of the transition in Mali, Colonel Assimi Goïta, announced that he had hosted a delegation from the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) earlier this weekend.
This umpteenth visit led by former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan is obviously part of the resolution of the Malian crisis.
None of the two parties, however, revealed the concrete subjects that were discussed during this meeting.
As a Reminder,the West African bloc expects Bamako to reduce the transition period, before easing the sanctions against the country in crisis.
