Senegalese football star Sadio Mané has sent a farewell message to his team, Liverpool after their Champions League final loss on Saturday night against Real Madrid.

The 30-year-old has played 51 games and scored 23 goals in all competitions this season. However, his last match with Liverpool against Real Madrid was a lost (0-1).

After the defeat, the Senegalese winger gave a farewell speech to his teammates.

“I want to thank the fans for everything and the coach too. I wish this team all the best in the world,” said the African champion in comments taken up by the British media.

Under contract until June 2023, Mané should continue his career at Bayern Munich.
