Franco-Cameroonian Bryan Mbeumo has chosen Africa

Bryan Mbeumo has finally said yes to Cameroon. The Indomitable Lions have officially announced the arrival of the Brentford FC winger, this Friday, August 05, 2022.

Aged 22 and ex-French international Espoirs, Mbeumo is coming off a great season with 8 goals scored and 7 assists distributed in 38 games in all competitions.



“This decision results from the outcome of the exchanges nourished with the president of the Federation”, Samuel Eto’o, specified the Cameroonian Football Federation (Fecafoot).

Bryan Mbeumo was born on August 7, 1999 in Avallon, France. He was trained in Troyes before moving to the English Premier League, precisely at Brentford FC.

“Can’t wait to start this new adventure!” the player tweeted this afternoon.

Being one of the few African countries qualified for the Qatar 2022 World Cup, Cameroon is seriously preparing for the big tournament.
