Claude Le Roy the French football manager who gained prominence at international level as coach to the Senegal and Ghana national teams, has joined the hot debate over Senegalese football star Sadio Mane’s struggles at Bayern Munich.

The move to Bayern Munich doesn’t seem to be working out for Sadio after the Senegal international left Liverpool FC for a fresh start last summer.

Mane has so far scored 7 goals in 21 appearances in the 2022-23 Bundesliga for the German club.

Clearly, the former Liverpool favorite failed to live up to expectations in Munich and he could now be heading for the exit door at the end of the season after his recent spat with Leroy Sane.

Bayern are believed to be ready to sever ties with the Bambali native once the current campaign is over as it looks to add attacking reinforcements to its squad.

For Claude Le Roy, consultant in the program Talents d’Afrique on Canal +, the African best player of the year 2022 should rather pack up.

“I don’t see him (Sadio Mane) at Bayern next season. I think Tuchel has other priorities in this position. The best for him is to find a club,” said the former Ghana Black Stars and Togo coach.

As a reminder, the 31-year-old striker is under contract with Bayern until June 2025.
