Started on May 20, 2023, the first edition of the WAFU-B U20 Girl’s Cup will end this Saturday with two major matches. These include the grand final and third place in the tournament.
Like the Beninese beaten (3-0) on May 31 by their Nigerian neighbors, Burkina Faso also lost the same day (3-1) against Ghana.
The two losers of this Girl’s Cup semi-final will meet this afternoon in a match for third place, while Nigeria will play against the host country, Ghana, in the final.
With both matches scheduled at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi, the Burkina Faso vs Benin game will be played at 3:00 p.m. GMT and the Ghana-Nigeria clash is scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
