The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, received this week the Letter of Credence from the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany from Daniel Krull, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Republic of Ghana.

During an official ceremony this week at Jubilee House, nine foreign envoys accredited by their respective countries to serve in Ghana have been received by the President.

The latter received the Letter of Credence from Daniel Krull to complete the steps of formal accreditation for a new Ambassador of Germany arriving in Ghana.

During the ceremony, the Nana Akufo-Addo discussed separately with the envoys about the diplomatic and economic ties between Ghana and their respective governments, security issues, terrorism, trade and investment, among others.

Daniel krull joined the German Foreign Service in 1992 following his studies in Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin, L’Université de Montreal and Science Politique Paris.

He has served as “Head of Mission ad interim” of the German Embassies in Iceland and Venezuela.

Mr Krull was previously deployed in Buenos Aires/Argentina, New York/UN and Ho Chi Minh City/Vietnam.

He managed the Office of State Secretary G. Boomgarden in the German Foreign Office-Headquarters.

The diplomat also worked in the departments for Economic and European Affairs and as speechwriter for the German Minister of Economic Affairs. Günther Rexrodt.
