CAF unveiled the best eleven of the AFCON 2021

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) unveiled on Monday, the best eleven players of the AFCON 2021 which ended Sunday with the coronation of Senegal.

Senegal claim their first AFCON



Senegal, champion of Africa, is the country most represented in this eleven type unveiled in a 4-3-3 scheme by the umbrella of African football.

Four Teranga Lions are in the best eleven of this AFCON. They are goalkeeper Edouard Mendy, left-back Saliou Ciss, midfielder Nampalys Mendy and striker Sadio Mané.

The Pharaohs of Egypt, vice-champions of Africa, are represented by defender Mohamed Abdelmonem, midfielder Mohamed Elneny and winger Mohamed Salah.

At the forefront of the attack, we find the top scorer of the competition, the Cameroonian Vincent Aboubakar (8 goals). Morocco is also represented by right-back Achraf Hakimi.

The two men from Burkina Faso are Edmond Tapsoba (central defender) and Blati Touré (midfielder).
